i dont using hack or cheatin technique. i am a old player in this server... i don't understand... your video is not a proof.
You have to try to shoot crouching position and you will see. 

Your spaz did not recharge, since the second 0:02 starts everything and your spaz never recharges until I kill you, the spaz has 7 shots in the recharge, you throw like 30 or 31 consecutive shots since 0:02 to 0:10.

I see... using SPA in crouching position have this resultat, ( you can test it by your self next time ). now i know That it is illegal in the game. 
the next time Warn me first. and kicked and banned me if i persists. ( banned is a last solution ).
I repeat : i don't using hacking programme and i am not a hacker.
