Wtf fake report, the explosion crashed my game but at the very wrong time when he knocked me lol

Crashed my game? Lying infront the staff? Clearly can see I shot him with stubby and even seconds later with m4 and he not take damage and he reaction this seconds later, he evade me too in AC with /q and his excuse was he have to quit because he was busy🤦
