when it expired, I was just playing some day and suddenly Gohan banned me permanently because he said I shouldn't be here

Admin that banned you (if known): Fortune at first, Gohan second, and now Pettan (thinking I'm ban evading)

Extra note: ok so, I'm sorry for not studying CTF's set of rules, I should've thought earlier that no screen shake mods weren't allowed, I was just lazy to change the modules that I was using at that time because I was sick of the RPG fest I've encountered before not only in CTF, but in other servers as well
today I haven't joined CTF to use cheats or ANY sort of advantage over the rest of the players, I just joined to have fun
I had no reason to think that my ban is still there, as I have joined with my original IP (no VPN or whatever), so therefore I'm sorry incase you consider this ban evading - I just joined as I would in any normal day in VCMP
oh and I promise not to use ANY sort of mods (fair or unfair) in the future to avoid any misunderstandings

After a discussion with the staff, you will remain permanently banned.
