Pipo, Fulton, and Domek will be banned from using RPG for 1 day for intentional CR.

For hyperzon2, it seems like he was already aiming towards a blue which can be seen from the map and earlier 0:02, and you ran in front of his rocket, so I will let it as an accident.

for 4kumas it looks like didn't see you and went to an empty site before pausing his game but I will warn him not to pause when ongoing fight.

for heinrich I will give him a warning as well.

It's vcmp bug sometimes player slides after getting hit it happened with me and ferrari in our tournament match tla vs vu... you can check in stream, vercetti mansion base.

I've seen this glitch happen quite often. @HerQules if you have more proof let me know on Discord.
