Report - [ON]TNW - Shooting rockets in close combat [Warned]

Date: 1/27/2018, yesturday night.
Reason for reporting: Shooting rockets in close range/combat he did that many times and saying 'wtf wtf wtf' and blaming his mouse 'i don't think it was his mouse fault or what'.
