yes and after that you (staff of this server) left MK (clan) CTF (game-mode) in the next minute you were in EAD (not a server, name of server) with Niko.
I hope Newk will understand correctly this case without playing with words.

This hardly looks like an advertisement, I simply see juan asking niko a question on whether he wants to play in another server. An advertisement is usually something targeted at the whole server, not just 2 people having a conversation. Sure it can also be just 2 people trying to advertise, but that's clearly not the case here. You're clearly trying to stretch the "no advertising" rule to extreme situations for personal reasons. A good example of clear advertising is when someone joins the server and spams the chat with "EVERYONE JOIN SERVER X etc...".

Your interpretation of the "no advertising" rule is too strict and this is not a court of law. In those logs I see 2 people having a normal conversation with no clear intent of advertising another server. Thanks for your concern for the server regardless but I don't consider this advertising.
