About the report: However it may look, juan has not rage banned you, He, along with some other staff members have been suspicious of the validity of your gameplay and juan has expressed his concerns internally to the staff team about a week (maybe more?) ago and has since been investigating you aswell as another player who for the time being shall remain unnamed. With that said, thank you for providing that video, we will be discussing this among the staff members and take a decision on whether to remove or mantain your ban. We will reply on your ban appeal once we've reached a decision.
