Same thing is happening with me, now a days i am having 300 ping but its fine in other servers. This only happens in CTF.
EDIT : My ping is fine now (230) but still i'm facing this problem. First it starts warping hard and then ping average exceeded even ping is fine.

That thing actually happens sometimes but not in ctf 5.0 server
