he was already warned and still doing this over and over again. So I suggest a temp-ban

as for this report, the guy didnt do rocket in close combat on purpose in fact he tried to keep the safe distance not to make it look like rocket glitching or rocket close combat, come with better evidences or else its not gonna work.
