My suggestions :

1). Add male skins because not everyone (including me) prefer to use female skins and it's because of personal choice.

2). Add /credits (which includes name of map editors, scripters and server developers).

I think adding male skins is okayish as long as they are from the same type just different colors like the female one but I think there are not more skins because the flag object which is being attached to your character after capturing one is not made for other skins which will be time consuming, I could be wrong though.

I want male skins added too, I think they used to have it before the flag attachment was added. It's not easy attaching an object on a skin but I am looking forward to seeing male skins added in the server

I remember trying this thing as @halchter mentioned, attaching flag object to skin, but it kinda got the skin bugged. I along with @Devil_JiN had tried doing it in the past but couldn't succeed. I'd like to give it a try once again and see.
