Those videos prove nothing.

When the rpg user starts shooting the rockets from long range and his enemy runs to him and dies in the explosion, this is allowed.

He was in aim-mode before you arrived, so this is allowed.


Regardless, the player has already been banned in-game for actually rocket-glitching and all further reports against the user that are of the same reason will not result in his ban length being increased.
