#1 - he removed Tom's rank on forums because Tom unbanned me ingame after my ban expired (ELK says it's ban evade, but ban expired.. he kept doing this shit and Tom just unbanned me telling him that I got unbanned)

I removed Tom's rank on the forum because of this, not him. And as I already explained your server ban didn't expire:

Your server ban didn't expire, it was removed by ELK by mistake, which is why it was re-applied.
