+1 I suggest to request each new player to record short selfie video holding a paper with his nickname to approve his registration in order to prevent alias/fake accounts of rule-breakers.

Normal players doesn't flicks instantly between targers, especially when the target is laying on a ground. So "lead aim" is not your case.
