• Approval System, You can think it as narcotic for a player to use different nicknames when playing on the server  because for them, it's like a drug and they're addicted to it and this is what we need, even though we don't want. Most of the players do not want to show their identity and often play underalias, that's where the situation becomes complicated. There are hackers who are banned from the server and ofcourse they won't play using their real nickname. They will use a random nick-name to play in the server and not ignoring the fact that evading ban is cup of tea for today's hackers. 80% of the times when a player has complained about a rule-breaker, he has turned out to be a hacker and hackers use random nicknames to evade their ban and play in the server. This mixes the situation and often the players has suffered because of that and that's why Approval System is needed.

• Spawn-Kill Protection for which I have provided a video. The video features a server which has a great spawn protection system improvised. How this spawn-protection works? The server changes the player's world to other world for like 3 seconds and after that the server sets the player's world to the main world so in that case, a player can no longer be spawn-killed even if he's not experienced in the game-mode

• Reset Packs After Round Ends for which many players are vouching. What it does and why is it important? It sets the player's pack to the default pack (Stubby and M4) after the round has successfully finished and one has to manually select the packs when the next round is started. It is important in the case when a player selects limited packs like Shotgun, Molotov / Stubby, RPG / Stubby, Laserscope / Chainsaw, MP5. In the current system, let's suppose we're talking about RPG when a player selects a pack. What happens is that the RPG pack is given to him permanently unless he gets kicked or changes the pack himself, so there's no chance for other players to use it. It kills the fun, especially when a rulebreaker takes the pack and starts to constantly knock team members or throws rockets in close range. There's no way of taking the set from him until a staff member manually bans/kicks him.

• Discord Integration With The In-Game Server, you might have seen that every server has created a discord bot which works exactly like a mIRC server, where people receive in-game messages and staff members monitor the game-play incase some hacker joins and destroys the fun and the playercount. Why Discord is more important and not mIRC? Because majority of the mIRC have migratted to Discord and people barely use it, also it is much more complicated for a normal user to understand and you can't carry it anywhere. It enables people to talk / perform actions from anywhere and very easily. You have an account on the discord, you just log yourself in and you're forever connected until you manually log-out of the server. You can receive notifications straight on your phone/computer. 60% of the VC:MP servers are using discord to use commands in-game to ban/kick and even perform any tasks related to script. I have seen a good amount of the players complaining about the staff being in-active and ofcourse one cannot 24/7 play the server so that's why Discord is the only way.

Why do you want to join the staff team? There are many reasons why I personally want to join the staff here. I have much experience of VC:MP, therefore I can provide good service to the staff by being active on discord and in-game to catch rule-breakers. I saw the players were complaining about hackers in-game and blaming admins for not banning them. The hackers, they're increasing rapidly and often staff members are absent. In this case I can be a good addition cause I'm mostly active on discord so if anybody complains, I'll rapidly look forward to them and take my necessary action to keep the server clean from hackers/rule-breakers.

A few things were stopping me from applying. I always wanted to join the CTF staff but I never got the good opportunity to apply, there were thoughts that kept stopping me from applying, just because I got banned in the past for aimbot, not much active in the game (server wasn't very active) and not being familiar with some of the staff members here like NewK. But since I know that most of the staff members know me personally, they know my character and how I work. I might be sarcastic but I always remain serious when I have to perform my duty as a staff member.

If I got a chance to stay in staff, I'll never disappoint and specially be active on discord and often in-game, thanks!

Extra Notes: I'm so sorry for all of you that I used a tool which is top prohibited and actually that disappoints all of you but my hope never dies. For further, I accept that I've used hacks but my goal wasn't for gaining disadvantage over other players, that was just a test and a try to know how it works. Unfortunately, things didn't go well and admins caught me right-hand. I know that Aimlock will lead me to a ban, yes I accept it was my mistake. But I also accept that I never wanted to use it further for unfair, I mean I only used it in LW to test it for just few moments but things didnt go well and I was banned. I've explained everything to LW staff and they accepted my appeal. So little by little I'm getting unban and soon I will start a new future in VCMP.

Understand me, I will never use this rubbish not once again. I've already lost my clan, my reputation its a very big loss for me.  Too much regret. As everyone I too want a second chance to proove myself as everbody deserve. Yes. I will never disappoint any of you in future. I got unbanned in EC first, then LW and then in EAD. So I'm fine there, still showing my respect and love against the communities. I promised that I will never use the hacks again and disappoint the communities and I know it is not fair to give chances to big hackers. But I know that, some people have kiddish behavior and when they don't get unbanned they abuse admins and do ban-evades. But I also promise that none in your staff will report me from now. Even if you don't unban me I will try to get unbanned again and again, that will increase my loyalty and I know that you all will be satisfied with me. I don't know how good or bad I'm but I know that this time I'm serious and talking finely. I got unbanned in every server and no body has reported me now after the aimlock ban. That's the thing which get me at this position, none has got unbanned so quickly but I. I will be a good person, I will not answer any admin back. It's a promise.
