I have made this topic in order to inform Capture The Flag's community that, due to the current policy of the server, I am going to receive a self-punishment during the next five months since I recently failed to follow a rule of Littlewhitey's server and got temporarily banned from there. My purpose is to be as fair as possible to this community and show that any conditions, rules and punishments work exactly in the same way to everyone, no matter if it is a normal player, an administrator, a manager or a developer. We have banned people here who were caught using certain ASI files (the ones who provide an advantage over players) on other servers, therefore I am going to execute exactly the same process and conditions to myself.

I am going to temporarily ban myself from CTF server for five months: that's the duration other players have received for it as well. I am going to be completely away from any affair related to the server during that period, this includes, that I will revoke my staff position until the ban expires. After that period, I will return to the community and join the developer's team again.

Astaroth is going to be temporarily banned for five months too, as he is in the same situation. Our ban is going to start on July 2nd and will expire on December 2nd.

Capture The Flag's staff team has the intention of being fair and treating everybody equally. We are convinced that, by performing these actions, we are going to be able to maintain the reputation we have built throughout the last years.

Basic Standings:
Match format: 5x5
Ping limit: 350 ms
FPS limit: 20 fps
Round time: 15 minutes*
Friendly fire: OFF
Wallglitch: ON

*There will be a 2 minute break after a round ends.

Scoring
Team's score is a sum of scores of it's players.
Players get:
+1 score for each kill
+5 scores for each 5 kill-streak
+10 scores for captured flag
-1 score for death with "died", "drowned", "exploded" and /kill reason

Results
The team with the biggest score wins the round
The team with the most won rounds wins the match
If the scores are equal, round is a tie
If numbers of wined rounds are equal, the match is a tie

Maps
Each team picks 2 (or more if both teams wish) maps and their bases in these maps. Teams also can pick additional maps if they agreed to continue the match. Each map is played one time.
If both teams pick same map with same bases, this map is played twice.
If both teams pick same map with different bases, this map is played one time.
Base markers will be removed from radar in order to improve the visibility of team-mate blips.

Replacements
Teams can rotate its line-up via player replacement any time they want (during the round or between the rounds), but the total number of players must not exceed 5.

Occasions
Round isn't started until every team has its 5 players on the server. But if the team agrees to play in the minority, the round starts. Waiting time for missed players between the rounds isn't more than 10 minutes.
If a player get kicked, timeouts or leaves the server with any reason during the round, round isn't stopped and player have to came back as soon as possible. Teams are allowed to replace missed player.
If a player desynics during capturing the flag, he gets kicked.
If a desynced player managed to deliver the captured flag to his base, 10 points will be subtracted from the final result of his team.
If the flag is dropped in inaccesible location, /resetpickups command will be used.

Players are prohibited to
-Use any kind of hacks and game modifications that give unfair advantage.
-Choose !pack 4 (Rockets and Grenades will be disallowed during the match)
-Insult each other and flame
-Abuse pickup-reset command
-Slide
-Death evade
-Spam
-Wallglitch from bugged locations (for example inside building with solid walls)
