Why do you want to join the staff team? I want to join the staff because it's time because I've been playing CTF for 8 years. The only server I go to is to laugh and it makes me angry sometimes but it's part of the fun.
I also want to contribute my experience in the game to the server by detecting cheaters, which are many these days.
