Your IP is dynamic and keeps changing every few weeks, this is not a problem but unfortunately for you, alot of the IP's your ISP is assigning to you, are already flagged as malicious IPs in alot of IP databases which is why the server keeps blocking you.

I've whitelisted a few more IPs in the ranges that your ISP is assigning to you. Give it another try now and see if it happens again.

It might happen again if your ISP assigns you a different IP that's already flagged as malicious. If it happens again, reply here so I can whitelist more or pm a staff member on IRC, they can do that too.
