Reason for reporting: wallglitch

Notes: He has admin status, but he uses wallglitch. Admins should be examples for others how to play for the rules, but Tom doesn't. I beg to exclude him from the server's staff.
His teammate SpitFire, used wallglitch when Tom was on the server and he knew about it but did nothing with it (https://ctf.vc-mp.net/index.php?topic=1352.0). In that time, he bans everyone whom he doesn't like (https://ctf.vc-mp.net/index.php?topic=1359.0).

Tom, I've given you enough time for you to explain yourself. As it's stated on the rules topic:
- Wallglitching from bugged locations is no longer allowed / Going into bugged/glitched places is no longer allowed.
It seems to me that you're using the ghost world glitch on that video to make the textures disappear and that puts you in a bugged/glitched place. Last chance for you to explain yourself.
I've been trying to give enough time for tom to reply to this but it's been 6 months and even after multiple ocasions where he was PM'ed by other admins in other servers to reply, he still didn't reply so, I've decided to accept this report.
