On the first clip, he was clearly distancing himself from you, you were the one that kept running towards him, so he wasn't using the rocket launcher in close range nor trying to rocket glitch.
On the second clip he's just using the rocket launcher normally, not using it in close range and also not rocket glitching.

Denied.
