This clip doesn't prove anything regarding that lag... Considering that you are banned permanently in other servers for multiple hacks usage, ban evading, hacks injection detected.
If you have more evidence that you think it might help, consider doing a ban appeal.

You are now banned in the server for 3 months. he said im get banned 3 months in the server but when im joined the server im didnt get banned
