Before you apply for team application you agree that:

• You're the leader/captain of your team.
• Your team name is unique, not copied. Two or more teams can be from the same clan but names should be different (VU1, VU2 <- will be invalid).
• Your team name does not contain racist slogans, or derogatory terms, or invoke religious/political views.
• All mentioned members are active and willing to play. Each member should reply to your team's topic following the format below.
• All mentioned members including substitutes are not banned on the server.
• Your members are not part of any other submitted team.
• Your team will remain active until it's eliminated, or the event is completed.

One last and most important rule: Your team must remain active until your team is eliminated, or the event is concluded. Once you withdraw whether accidentally cannot be replaced as your opponents will gain Win in every match against your team. You will be banned from participating in the next CTF official event as well.
