We consider that the aggresive gameplay of the rockets and grenades in the same pack are essentials for the gameplay.
Changing the grenades to a set like Sniper or something else, won't ruin the gameplay but will suddenly switch the meta to other weapons.
In most of the cases grenades are used in tactically areas to get some other kills, or likewise refill RPG by making a spree.

Well, I am 50 50 for this suggestion. Let’s see what others have to say in this regard.

This set is imbalanced for the server and overpowered for regular RPG players. Players who use grenades tactically are more in quantity than RPG because RPG users have already their main and tactical advantage to make sprees which is through RPG itself and any shotgun weapon. Making sprees through grenades only is not easy compared to RPG but separating it would justify the weapons set balancing.
