6pm PST (Pacific Standard time) - it's a 7 am at Moscow. It's an early morning
Anyway, we can guarantee our presence only at weekends.

But we have holiday on friday so we will be only free on that time. Otherwise due to load shedding/power breakups in the city we don't have time to play the match. Decisions will be yours may be we can do is only a 1 hour delay, so it will be 7pm pst?

You offer a morning of working day, which is absolutely unacceptable condition for us.
If you're from South America - we can do it at Saturdays around 18 GMT or a hour-two later. But it isn't really possible for us to play at weekday mornings.

Correct me if I am wrong, by PST you mean Pakistan time and not Pacific time, right?

Pakistan Standard Time is known as PKT, which is 2 hours ahead of Moscow time.

4pm is still a working hour at Friday.
What about the same time at Saturday?

saturday is school/busy day for all my gang members so we have a friday only

I think the best solution in this case is to find a suitable day during winter holidays.

Tom we have a friday only and the timing is whether start around 6,7 or 8pm pkt on friday.

The only Friday we can play in nearby future is (most likely) January 8th. But this is a preliminary date - now I cannot say anything about this date for sure.
But I think if we won't do it at 8.01.16 then it will be impossible for us to gather ourselves at Fridays, because winter holidays aren't perpetual.

Tom we have to attend a marriage on this friday, and will not able to come on this friday. we have to play on next friday 15-01-2016

So here's the situation around this match:
WK is able to play at weekends only.
AG is able to play at Fridays only.
The only Friday WK can play in near future is 8.01.2016. Actually, we can play at any day up to 11th January. If we won't do it in our winter holidays (i.e. until 11.01.16), I'm afraid, this match won't happen in uncertain period of time.
