I wanted to give him a chance but he continued using that shit.. and RQed when he felt he's been caught

Suggestions / Flag outside borders

Hi guys,
So, This suggestion is based on a problem that happened today. (You know that when someone captures the flag he can go anywhere out of borders without limits while other players can't)
What happened is that:
I captured the flag then ran out of borders so as not to allow anybody to catch me with low hp. Unfortunately, My ping caught me LOL

So I'm out of the game and the flag is out of borders where nobody can reach it and my team is stuck and can't capture

and all did !voteend
Actually the problem was solved somehow.

So I suggest that if the flag stays on the floor for 45-60 secs. It resets
(Or any other solution)

Suspected Reason (if any): Hacks
IP Address: 45.242.91.217
Admin that banned you (if known): I don't know

Extra: Before I got banned (Don't know why really) .. I was frozen by an admin then I continued normally (I don't know the reason also!)
Then it didn't take so long before I got my ban due to hacks

Q: Did I use hacks ? / A: No

btw : maybe it was due to my ping was not good at this time or something ..I can say that sometimes I couldn't kill other players and they were not affected by my shooting. and they were moving in a weird way (It's definitely LAG)
So I apologize If I caused problems and I request to unban me.
