Guys i don't know why is that happening see this video.I am sure it's not due to my ping i had played many servers in 300+ ping , help me.

It happens to me too, I don't know what's exactly the problem but in my case is for my wireless adapter. I'm gonna buy a new one and will see what happens.

That looks completely normal for someone with 300 ping.
