Read eddy's post in this thread, the applications were going to be closed and that time you came with an admin app.

Besides that you are new to the CTF community, you don't have enough experience to be part of the staff and the applications are closed for now, your request is denied... make an application when applications are open again (do not ever do another topic related to this).
