As some players are playing with on frame limiter and more lagging so we can't check FPS in server this problem would be confused in CTF:TT or Clan wars so add !fps command as we know his fps off or on.

The reasoning is stupid.
The server kicks (at least it's supposed to kick) when a player's average FPS drops/is below 20 FPS.
The players have freedom of choice and can choose whether they want to play with a frame limiter off or on. We are not planning on making the frame limiter be forced to ON or OFF.
The command does not appear as useful to me in any way, but, meh - why not, it's easy to implement and won't hurt anyone.

FL on is never a lag reason. Your pc is poverty if it doesnt reach 30 FPS.

FL on doesnt make people lag, it fixes your FPS to not go above 30
P.S. Vice city was released in 2002 that makes it 12-13 years, if someone still cant play this game atleast at 30 fps, they should really quit gaming
