On the second video he wasn't rocket glitching he was simply standing still and shooting rockets.
On the first video he wasn't really trying to use the RPG in close range, he was just shooting a rocket inside the store, he wasn't shooting at you, just because you were close to him, and he was trying to shoot someone inside the store, doesn't mean he was trying to use the RPG in close range or trying to ghost shot with it (rocket-glitch).

Sorry but this is not enough proof.
